Sheila Kaipio of Hancock, Michigan died on March 4, 2023, peacefully at Canal View – Houghton County. Sheila was born on February 15, 1942, in Laurium, Michigan to August and Eleanor Soronen.
Sheila graduated from Hancock High School. Soon after highschool, she met her husband Donald and were married. Together they raised their three boys, Larry, Steve, and Scott, in the Highway Location.
Sheila is preceded in death by her husband, Donald, and son Larry.
Sheila is survived by her sons, Steve (Mary) Kaipio and Scott (Diane) Kaipio, daughter-in-law Lori Kaipio, and grandchildren Brandon (Samantha) Kaipio, David (Brittany) Kaipio, Ryan Kaipio, and Justin Kaipio.
