Condolence From: Suokko family Finland
Condolence: Morning for Jean across the oceans We, the in-law from Finland, were very sad to hear that Jean has passed away. She is now missed across two oceans. She was such a delightful person and hostess. My mother met Jean for the first time in the late 60’s when she visited USA. After that she and Jean stayed in touch until Jean’s last Christmas. Mother enjoyed specially Jean’s sense of humor. I visited Jean and her farm first time with my parents 1974. She introduced me to some American and Copper Country specialties. And did the same to my son when we visited there 2009. Jean was the last one of our relative’s families in America who spoke Finnish. So with her a whole era is now gone. Our thoughts are with you Anssi Suokko (now in Sweden) and my son Joel Suokko (now in Singapore) Liisa Suokko, my mother and Carl’s (or like we called him Kaarlo), Jean’s late husband’s, first cousin Tiina, Matti, Reetta and Teemu Keisanen, my sister's family Minna Suokko, my other sister and her daughters Sofia and Olivia

Condolence: I was so saddened to hear of Jean's passing from my mother, Susan Kallio. From our family to yours, please know that we're thinking of you and sending you lots of love during this difficult time. My mother has great memories of Jean and always spoke so highly of her -- so while she's no longer with us, her spirit live on and she'll always hold a special place in our hearts. And while we can't all physically be there with you, we grieve with you and celebrate her life and legacy with you from afar. Our condolences, Tyler Spalding, on behalf of Susan Kallio (my mother) and Kirsten Hull (my sister)

Condolence: Aunt Jean was one of the most kind, selfless, and good humored individuals I've ever known. Her approach to life helped shape me for the better. She will be missed dearly, but her smile will always warm my heart and grace all of our souls.

Condolence From: Sabrina and family
Condolence: What a lovely photo of Aunt Jenny. What a lovely lady "Jean" was too. She had that infectious giggle and appreciation for farm living. So glad that her family was there to love her and then say good bye. She will be missed. My Dad (her brother)and my sister Joy kept me informed so I could pray, along with Rev. Chuck and others, for any way possible to cope with this situation of losing someone special. Hugs to you all.
