Condolence: My sympathy to Barbara. May your many great memories and our Lord sustain you at this time and in the coming days. I came to know Frank through Houghton County Republican politics and thoroughly enjoyed our relationship. Frank was a great man. It was my privilege to know him. God Bless you Barbara.

Condolence: A kinder, gentler soul you wouldn't find. Frank will be missed greatly by so many who had the honor in knowing him. His warm, infectious sense of humor will never be forgotten. He was quick to smile and treated me with such respect. He taught me so much about the political scene and I wouldn't be the same without his influence in my life. Thank you, Barbara for being the kind and generous person you are. You were so gracious and accepting of Frank. He cared deeply for you and talked fondly of you. He will be always in our hearts and memories.
With love and sorrow, Janell, Matt, and our daughters, who also had the privilege of getting to know this wonderful man.

Condolence: So very sorry, Barbara, to hear of Frank's death. At least he is no longer suffering. He was a great colleague with a wonderful sense of humor and was helpful to me in my promotion review for full professor. I am now tutoring in the Elains Bacon Literacy Program, as he did, and Andrea Hauge-Bacon makes reference to him from time to time, especially in relation to the website he created and his sense of fun. We will miss him at our retiree lunches. Take care.

Condolence: I am profoundly sad to hear of Frank's passing. He was a good man. My best memory of Frank is his laughter, and what a laugh that was!! I care so much about Barbara. I know she and Frank have many friends here and I hope she will find some comfort with the loving people who call her friend. Thanks for the lunches with the gang throughout the years Frank, along with your joyous laughter and keen intelligence. I'll miss you Frank.
