October 19, 2014 Calumet

Rodney Utzman, 61, a resident of Portland Street in Calumet passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday October 19, 2014.

Rodney was born on August 10, 1953 in Calumet, to his parents Joseph and Agnes (Remillard) Utzman. He graduated from Calumet High School with the class of 1971 and later attended Suomi College to study Criminal Justice.

Rodney loved spending time with his friends and family, who all loved him dearly. He also enjoyed the company of his four legged son Rosco. He was both a loving and amazing father, and grampa, he always had the ability to fill the room with laughter and it will live on through those who were touched by his sense of humor.

Preceding him in death was his parents, brother Joseph and daughter Mary Ann Utzman.
He is survived by: Daughter Tara of Marquette
