Lionel (Bart) Quello, 68, passed away Tuesday morning (Dec 6, 1994) at the home of his brother-in-law's in Calumet following a lengthy illness

Bart was born on Nov. 9, 1926 in Detroit a son of Ruth and Bart Quello. He had attended the local schools of Calumet and was a graduate of Calumet High School, Class of 1944. He also was a graduate of Michigan Technological University, Class of 1949 receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He had been employed for over 30 years with the Ford Motor Company, retiring in 1985 as a project engineer in Product Development.

Following his retirement in 1985 he returned to the Copper Country to make his home in Lac La Belle.

He had served for two years with the US Navy, serving overseas in the Pacific during WW II.

He was married to Priscilla Johnson on March 28, 1950 in
Denver, CO.
He is preceded in death by his parents

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 Friday morning
(Dec. 9, 1994) at the Erickson Crowley Funeral Home with the Rev. Rodney Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Lake View Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 on Thursday at the Erickson Crowley Funeral Home in Calumet.

A memorial service by the Calumet Elks Club will be held at
8:00 P.M. thursday evening in the funeral home.
