Genevieve J. Quello, 76, of Laurium passed away at her residence early Friday morning
(December 29, 2000) following a courageous battle with cancer

She was born on April 12, 1924 in Calumet a daughter of Ugo and Ursalena Cherubini and had attended the schools in Calumet.

Gen had lived in the Calumet area most of her life except for a few years when she lived in Milwaukee where she was employed with the Production Stamping Company, returning to the Calumet area in 1969

She married Ernest J. Quello on Dec. 8, 1943 and he preceded her in death on Sept 26, 1994

She is a member of Sacred Heart Church of Calumet

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 Wednesday (Jan 3, 2001) morning at Sacred Heart Church of Calumet with Fr. Miles Pfalzer, O.F.M.

Spring burial will be in Lake View Cemetery of Calumet

Friends may may call from 5 until 9 on Tuesday (Jan 2, 2001) at the Erickson Crowley Funeral Home of Calumet A parish prayer service will be conducted at 8:30 Tuesday evening in the funeral home.
